varidianexus provides financial planning consultation services through a monthly subscription model. Our service includes personalized consultations, strategic guidance, and ongoing support for financial planning matters.

Services are provided subject to availability and may vary based on individual client needs and circumstances.

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You must be 18 or older to use our services and enter into this agreement.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or circumstances

You may not use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes that violate Australian law
• Sharing confidential information with unauthorized third parties
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful computer code
• Impersonating another person or entity in communications with us

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of varidianexus Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian copyright law.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance at $250 AUD per month, including GST. Payment is due on the same date each month from your initial subscription date.

Subscriptions continue until cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. All sales are final once payment is processed.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our advice for your specific circumstances.

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from following our guidance or recommendations.

varidianexus's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We exclude liability for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold varidianexus harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first. If that's unsuccessful:

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian Commercial Arbitration Rules.

EU residents may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform for cross-border disputes.

Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Australia.

These terms are governed by Australian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and varidianexus.
